Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment
Geo-Metric Procurement is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive experience for every procurement professional who uses our platform, regardless of ability.
Conformance Goals
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are widely recognized as the international standard for web accessibility. We also aim to comply with the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, which is particularly relevant to our healthcare facility customers.
Measures We Have Taken
Our efforts to ensure accessibility include:
- Semantic HTML structure throughout the Platform for proper screen reader interpretation
- ARIA labels on interactive elements such as navigation, forms, and dialogs
- Keyboard-navigable interface for all primary workflows
- Sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background elements
- Descriptive link text and form labels
- Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels
- Skip-navigation support via screen-reader-only elements
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the Platform may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. We are actively working to identify and address these gaps. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, we encourage you to let us know so we can prioritize improvements.
