Your Rights Under the CCPA

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents the right to opt out of the "sale" of their personal information. Under the CCPA, "sale" is broadly defined to include sharing personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Our Practice

Geo-Metric Procurement does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties for monetary compensation or marketing purposes.

The only circumstances under which we share your information are those necessary to fulfill your orders and operate the Platform, as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes sharing with:

• Equipment vendors (to fulfill your purchase orders)
• Payment processors (to process transactions)
• Shipping carriers (to deliver your orders)

These disclosures are made solely to perform services you have requested and do not constitute a "sale" under the CCPA.

When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal (Sec-GPC: 1) or Do Not Track signal (DNT: 1), we suppress behavioral event logging for that request.

Submitting a Request

Although we do not sell personal information, we respect your right to make a formal opt-out request. If you wish to exercise this right or have concerns about how your data is used, you may contact us by:

• Using the in-product Privacy Requests page when signed in
• Emailing us through our Contact page with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Personal Information"
• Sending a message through the Platform's messaging system if you have an account

Verification

To process your request, we may need to verify your identity. We will ask you to confirm information associated with your account, such as your name and the email address linked to your organization's account. We will not require you to create an account solely to submit a request.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide proof of written authorization from you and may be required to verify their own identity. We may contact you directly to confirm the request.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
